General Questions:
- What is my user name? If a user name has not been provided for you then you will need to contact your administrator to obtain your user name.
- How do I reset my password? To reset your password you must click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login screen. Enter all required information then click the ‘Reset Password’ link. An email will be sent to your ‘Contact Email’ address with a temporary password.
- I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it? You will need to reset your password and replace it with a new one. To reset your password you must click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login screen. Enter all required information, then click the ‘Reset Password’ link. An email will be sent to your ‘Contact Email’ address with a temporary password.
- I reset my password and my temporary password isn’t working, why doesn’t it work? When entering the temporary password that you received when you reset your password you must first enter your user name then enter the temporary password. Click ‘Login,’ you will then be brought to the password reset screen. Enter your user name and then re-enter the temporary password in the ‘Password’ field. Proceed with creating the new password and confirm your new password. Click ‘Login’.
- How do I create an account? To create a user account you must contact your application administrator and they will provide you with information on how to create an account.
- How do I contact my administrator? To contact your application administrator click the ‘Contact Us’ link on the login screen. This will provide you with the correct contact information.
- What browsers are supported? Recommended browsers include Internet Explorer version 9 and higher, Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and higher.
